Justin Nepola
Real Estate Attorney
Mr. Justin Nepola is proud to be a founding partner of Nepola Yonta Attorneys at Law. He has practice Real Estate law since 1997, working in every aspect of the industry from commercial land lord tenant work to national title insurance underwriters.
Mr. Nepola earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami as well as a Juris Doctorate from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California.
Mr. Nepola has extensive small business experience as the owner of Kaizen Beauty Academy. Mr. Nepola completed the Fall 2015 JM Institute Small Business Executive Program and 2016 Broward Academy. He currently sits on multiple boards, including the Broward County Human Rights Board, Miramar Pembroke Pines Regional Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Franklin Academy Excellence in Education Advisory Board and the City of Pembroke Pines Social Media Committee.
Mr. Nepola is also extremely active in local politics serving as the chair of the Miramar Pembroke Pines Regional Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee, sitting on the Greater Ft. Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee and a founding member of the Greater Hollywood Chamber of Commerce Government Affairs Committee.
Mr. Nepola has worked with and raised funds for numerous non profits and charitable organizations including Hands on Broward, the Make A Wish Foundation, Kids in Distress, Women in Distress, Susan B. Anthony House, Relay for Life, Lifenet 4 Families and most recently the Spare Some Change Project for American Street Kid.
Mr. Nepola is a devoted husband to his wife Jacqueline and proud father to his two daughters Mia Bella and Ava Adore.
Christy A. Yonta
Real Estate Attorney
Ms. Christy Yonta is also a proud founding member of Nepola Yonta Attorneys at Law. She is a member of the Florida Bar and has been practicing real estate law and estate planning for over 15 years. Ms. Yonta earned her Bachelor of Science from Palm Beach Atlantic University magna cum laude and her Juris Doctorate from Florida State University cum laude.
She began her legal career working for one of the largest Title Companies in the country before venturing out as a solo practitioner. Entering into the real estate market at the downturn of the economy allowed Ms. Yonta to become well versed in the art of negotiation for short sales and modifications. In 2016, Ms. Yonta exited private practice to join a national title insurance underwriter as one of their underwriting attorneys and Continuing Education presenters.
Ms. Yonta enjoys assisting individuals during what sometimes are the most emotional experiences of their lives. She strives to make those times less stressful for all parties involved
